May 2022

I was a customer today in Fostoria. I gotta say it was great service. They were having some problems with the credit cad deal so cash only. The crew worked fast and my order was spot on with all the little extras. The cashier worked with me on a couple chicken strips so I had enough cash to get what I wanted. The French fries were hot and very tasty, and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Keep up the great work everyone, this is one very satisfied customer. Keep up the great work.

Drive thru service only as of 3-22, good sandwiches, Market Fresh specialty sandwiches are made as you like them, good bread and I was told you can ask for lettuce wrap if not eating bread. The fish sandwiches are 2 for $6 during Lent and nice filets.

I was there today at lunch time. Somehow, orders were mishandled and the car ahead of me got mine. The recipient was awful. Mistakes happen. The 3 employees I spoke with, 2 young females and a young male, did what they needed to to make it right. They apologized multiple times.Good customer service is difficult to provide after dealing with a disgruntled individual.
