Franklin Furnace location is consistently above bar. The quality of the food and the accuracy with my order, it’s rare to find that consistency, especially considering I order from there 2-3 times a week. The staff is super friendly and I’d starve to death without them!
I like Giovanni's but they are getting "sloppy" with their subs. You have to double check your food before leaving the store. Then when you call to make a complaint the Manager seems to have attitude over re-making your food like it's not their fault. I only stressed 10x's NO Mayo, but the sub has not just Mayo But Extra, Extra Mayo.... unreal !!

My favorite Giovanni's pizza! Staff is always helpful and courteous, the store is clean, and it has a family feeling atmosphere. The food is the best. This has been my favorite place to eat since I've been a young girl.
