Absolutely disappointed!!! We ordered a 12pc meal with large sides of mashed potatoes and gravy, Mac and cheese, potato wedges and biscuits.
We got 2 things of gravy??? Green beans???? NO BISCUITS! And no mashed potatoes!!!! And chicken was super dry, and COLD. The "large sides" were in the smallest container!!!! Absolutely terrible!!!
Was craving fried chicken and coleslaw so I went here for the first time in years. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I got the 12 piece family meal deal, starting out they didn’t even give me my coleslaw. Ok no biggie I can still eat the chicken. Nope. Every piece of chicken I tore into was not thoroughly cooked. I am so mad I wasted $40 on non edible food. Ended up running to Popeyes for chicken a meal.
went thru drive thru in Franklin was told to pull over. waited for 10 min. then went inside to check on food, said they were waiting on dippers. Ordered my food at 4:00 didn't get it until 4:30. no apology or anything from manager. while in the store there was 5 people eating inside and they were complaining about there food.
