The place was a bit crowded. No room for the lines. There were a total of 7 people and in line. Just not alot of room for people to wait for their drinks. While they handed out the drinks it was also very disorganized. They took some people's names but not all. So they would set the finished drinks down and walk away which led to people grabbing the wrong drinks. When we finally did get our drinks it was so strong we stopped and got sugar to add. Normally i dont usually have a problem but today my fiance ordered a pumpkin spice chai tea latte and when he brought it home to me, it turned out to just be coffee with creamer and chai flavor. No pumpkin at all, this isnt even a latte. Im very upset about this especially with it being the only starbucks in town

Came in Kroger for a quick coffee while waiting on a family member at Atrium. Three people behind counter talking and gossiping amongst each other. The girl taking my order didn’t smile nor look directly at me, which isn’t a big deal but not good for first impressions.
