This place never gets your drinks right!! Nobody waiting so there was no rush . This isn’t the first time and brushed it off a few times but it just never ends, you ask for light ice you get a whole cup full of ice to the point you can’t even get the straw in, you ask for the refresher with lemonade and you get it with green tea 😔 !!! And the wait is always long whether there is one car or no cars. Rather drive to Clyde
Terrible customer service workers always have an attitude.
I’m a Dunkin Donuts lover but absolutely can’t handle this location, between the accuracy of the order, and disrespect from the employees. Clearly a new management team needs to be addressed. After ordering ahead through the Mobile app, arriving 5 minutes later to pick it up.. no cars were in line and I still waited 20+ plus minutes for a cold foam coffee. I had to leave the drive through and go in to ask for my coffee. I’ll stick with Fostoria or Tiffins location.
