My daughter stopped here this morning and ordered 2 iced coffees and 2 bagel sandwiches. The man gave her the order, she parked and checked her order because she has heard of so many issues at this location. Sure enough they were croissant sandwiches. She went back through the drive thru and told the guy what happened. He said “we fix” and proceeded to pick the eggs, bacon and cheese off of the croissants and put them on to bagels. The phenomenal staff offer excellent customer service, remembering regular customers and their preferred orders. The store is clean and tidy, and drinks are made perfectly to recipe. While food size and quality have dropped slightly, Dunkin' remains a reliable choice. Customers especially enjoy the great coffee, including the s'mores frozen ice coffee, which many find delicious. Service is fast and efficient, even during busy times, and parking is available in a shared lot with plenty of space. The location can be a little tricky to access during peak hours, but the friendly staff and quick service make visits enjoyable.
