“After a long day at the Columbus Convention Center, I was just looking for a comfortable place to grab dinner. At first, I set out for a sushi bar, thinking it would be an easy option for dining alone, but the freezing temperatures quickly changed my mind. The rich, inviting aroma of Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse pulled me in, and I decided to treat myself. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt transported. The elegant, vintage-style décor, the perfectly choreographed service, and the hum of happy diners created an atmosphere that felt both upscale and welcoming. The staff was polished yet warm, attentive without being intrusive. I watched as garnished cocktails in beautiful cut glass were whisked to tables and crumbs were quietly swept away between courses. I ordered a pork chop cooked to perfection, with a side of rich Creamed Spinach. Every bite was indulgent. Then came an unexpected treat—a custom Louis Vuitton or the Ruby Vuitton purse cake delivered to a nearby table like a grand reveal in a smoke filled glass presentation box marked with the signature LV. The server caught my eye, winked, and I couldn’t help but smile at the showmanship. Jeff Ruby’s isn’t just about great food—it’s about the experience. From the service to the presentation, everything felt special. Dining alone can sometimes feel awkward, but here, I felt i was part of an Immersive dining experience. “This restaurant was busy! Shout out to the Manager for running a smooth operation! We had a party of 8 people. Our waitress didn’t miss a beat. Everyone’s food was served simultaneously and piping hot.

I had the Redrock shrimp with rice. It was delicious and the shrimp was cooked perfectly.

I am not from Ohio, but would visit again if the opportunity presents itself.

These young men are valets and they helped me when I was in distress and I am so grateful there is still good in the world. Their parents, as well as Butcher and Rose should be very very proud of them. Thank you again for going above and beyond. If these are the kind of people they trust to be the first face you see upon entering, I could only imagine the types of people and service that are on the inside.“

“Went in to celebrate me and my cousin's birthday, already had reservations and still had to wait another half hour 😞, everyone ordered a t- Bone steak,baked potato, salads and even ordered the triangles with spinach dip, pretty good 😊.our server Brice was understanding and helped us out as much as his job description would let him. So whoever the manger was on our date of visit 🤦🏽,had no understanding; steaks under cooked temp 3 times we sent them back to the kitchen 😞.then asked the manager on duty could he do a discount or something; IDK guess he wasn't prepared for that question.so after again another steak came back out under temp,my daughter went and got her meat thermometer and temp the steak herself; instead of the manger standing in the kitchen and making sure the staff was doing like they should 🥺🤦🏽. the manger I feel needed to be in the kitchen and not on the floor 🤷🏽, didn't get our a1 steak sauce nor our Heinz steak sauce 🤦🏽. and so the manger never came back to see if everything was ok, Brice did 👏🏽,so yeah all in all after that the so- called wanna be manger ( the way he was dressed, even for a Sunday: looked like he just came in off the street 🥴) we ended up getting dinner free 😊. that definitely was a nice birthday present for my cousin and I 🙌🏽🥳, but don't think I'll be going back, could of given us food poisoning,simanall, bacteria any and everything from the steak's all of us ordered and it was a total of 5 adults and 2 children.“

“Our bartender & server Justin was awesome. Fast, friendly & everything was served as ordered. This was our first time at this location. We had dinner at the bar. We ordered the ribeye Pittsburgh style medium rare blackened. It was cooked perfect. Best blackened steak ever. Their chief knows what they are doing. Fresh salad, everything was perfect. We eat at Outback, Firebird Grill, BJ's but this chief's cooking blew them away. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!“

“Our first visit to Ruth’s Chris . We really enjoyed our server and her fun bubbly personality . She took the time to explain the history of the restaurant and called herself the “menu tour guide “.
