We waited till the app told us the order was ready for pickup and my husband headed in to get it. He told them he had an on-line order and gave them our name. The man behind the counter said it was still gonna be a few minutes. My husband replied OH, it said it was ready. Instead of apologizing, the man replied, we'll it's not!! Just not very customer friendly. Thankfully the meal was delicious and hot!“
