The last 4-5 times I ate a big breakfast with Hot cakes at McDonald's the cakes were cold.The butter comes frozen and the syrup is cold so if the Hot Cakes are cold it's not very good.I mentioned it to someone one time and they reheated my food and made the meal enjoyable.They really need make sure the food is hot!While waiting on my order I overheard employees telling delivery / pick-up people that there order could not be filled because the ice cream or frozen drink machine...read full review
Food is hot at least, but there's no point to customizing anything - it's never made the way you ask. Also, why is the "currently closed" message playing at the drive through over an hour before closing time? Wonder how many customers you're losing with that.
Every single time I go through the drive thru, I end up having to pull to the side and wait for my food. Sometimes, it takes up to 10 minutes or more. I don't get more than two or at the most, three meals at a time. (Nuggets and burgers) I'll see many cars go thru while I wait. I won't go in for meals anymore.
