When visiting KFC, customers can expect a range of experiences. The dining room is kept clean and staff are generally kind and helpful, even if food takes a little longer to prepare than expected. However, there have been issues with the accuracy of orders, such as incorrectly prepared chicken and missing items like silverware and sauce. Additionally, the food can sometimes be lacking in hot temperature. The mac and cheese and mashed potatoes can be difficult to eat without a spoon. It's recommended to carefully check orders before leaving the drive-through. Despite these issues, some customers still find the food to be enjoyable.
