“You can tell a lot about a place by how they treat people right before closing, and Papa’s Pizza Palace absolutely passed that test for us. We showed up about 10 minutes before they closed and honestly almost turned around because we didn’t want to be those last-minute customers keeping everyone there late. We felt bad even walking in that close to closing time, but the blonde girl working up front immediately made us feel welcome. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. Not once did she seem annoyed or rushed, which honestly surprised us because a lot of places would have made us feel like a burden for coming in so late. She took our order with a smile, answered a couple questions we had, and genuinely acted happy to help us. That kind of customer service is getting harder and harder to find these days, especially late at night when employees are probably exhausted and ready to go home. It really stood out to us and completely changed what could have been an awkward experience into a really positive one. The owners should be proud to have someone like her working there because she represented the business so well and made such a great impression on us. And the pizza itself was amazing. Fresh, hot, loaded with toppings, and honestly some of the best pizza we’ve had in a long time. You could tell they still cared about the quality even right before closing. We actually drove about 30 minutes to try this place after winning a gift certificate, and after this experience, we’d gladly make that drive again even without one. Between the great food and the genuinely kind customer service, Papa’s Pizza Palace definitely earned repeat customers out of us. Places that still treat people this well deserve recognition, and we’ll absolutely be back.“

“We had our first visit to El Meson and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The entire restaurant is beautifully decorated and you can truly feel the culture and care that went into creating such a warm atmosphere. The moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. Our waitress, Stasha (I apologize if I spelled her name wrong), was absolutely wonderful. She clearly knows her job very well. From the moment she came to our table, she made an instant connection with us and was incredibly kind and attentive. She even took time to talk with the kids, brought them toys, and surprised our son with birthday ice cream, which was such a thoughtful touch. She also knew a lot about the menu and the events they host on certain days and made several recommendations — and she was absolutely right about all of them. The food was incredible: flavorful, authentic, and beautifully prepared. Everything we tried was spot on. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with great service, amazing food, and a welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend checking them out.“

So if you really enjoy Chinese style meal. U better come here. Normally the owner has 2 types of menus. One is for the Chinese customer who eat Fujian Food. Another one is regular American style food.
Either way can get you the best taste

“I couldn’t give a total 5 stars because anything extra is an additional charge. I mean anything! A side of ranch is extra a side of buffalo sauce extra and so on. I ordered a white wine sangria which was actually only a white wine with a slice of orange and a slice of lime. I asked the server if I could get a couple of cherries and a splash of pineapple juice to make it actually a sangria and they charged me a dollar for it!!..same thing when I ordered a second one. My 15.00 chicken sandwich platter after adding a few extras..( cheese,bacon and buffalo sauce ) ended up costing a whopping $23.00. I never knew everything or anything that does not come with your meal is extra until I received the bill. FYI ala carte is a killer here.“

“If you guys haven't stopped in lately please revisit. they are under new ownership and is and the owner MJ cooks great food. Try the grilled menu or fish! way better than fried. They are doing a lot to make the place nice inside and outside. They haven't changed the sign but it is not the same place. Clean food honestly cooked.“

“I was going to give them one star.Because the driver set my food down on the wet ground in the rain directly outside my door so I couldn't even open my door. i'm in a wheelchair and could not get my food outside of my door. I had to call someone to get it for me. I was obviously pretty upset and called the store. I was able to speak to the gm, Ryan to express my concerns about the delivery and how the driver just left my food. I was going to tip the driver cash but he didn't get a tip because of how he left the food on the ground and just left quickly. I paid with a credit card and I don't know if he thought he was not going to get a tip because of it , but he really screwed himself out of a cash tip. After speaking to ryan , I did not ask for a credit or for anything at all. However, he offered me a credit on my account for my next order.Which I appreciate greatly. While the delivery was not very good , I am very satisfied with the way ryan handled the situation. I never have a complaint about the quality of food from the location. The way Ryan handled my call and complaint gives them four stars instead of the one star that I was going to leave. I appreciate you Ryan.“

“My wife, my son, and I came in for brunch. There was about a 10 minute wait. Our waitress, Mary, served us our menus, got us drinks, and took our orders quickly. The food came out a bit later than one would expect, but the manager was very accommodating about the mistake happening and even discounted the meal for the wait. The food was great, and the atmosphere was not overwhelming despite being busy. I would definitely recommend for brunch.“

“I’m leaving this five star review because I had an issue with DoorDash the first DoorDash driver stole my food from this establishment after I noticed after like an hour that multiple drivers had kept being reassigned. I called the manager and he said I handed it to a DoorDash driver, and then it all made sense, but he took the initiative to remake my food and was gonna have it delivered to me by one of his own drivers that’s great customer service and fantastic management in the end. DoorDash ended up owning up to their drivers theft. They reimburse the restaurant and they reimbursed me which is rare for DoorDash to do anything right but this place deserves five stars and kudos to the manager for offering to do the right thing and they have really good !!!“

“Every year we go to the Ren Faire and after a long day of walking, we come here. The pizza is so good. The garlic cheese bread is awesome. My Sister in law loves the green goddess pizza, she gets it every time. Would recommend this place if you like sports, many displays with different games going.
