“I’ve been a frequent flyer over the last few weeks because my youngest loves the bacon, egg, and cheese croissants. I’ve become rather familiar with the morning crew! Today as I am pulling up to the window the cashier is singing and dancing. I tried to hand her my card and she sings “the guy in front of you paid for your order”. I was slightly shocked & didn’t understand. She has to say it again, a little slower for it to sink in! When i finally realized what was going on, I instantly lit up! Not sure who the guy was but it was a silver truck! Just wanted to say THANK YOU! Your kind gesture was appreciated and made my whole day!! 🌸💙 Always remember, spread kindness. Even the smallest act can mean the world to someone else! 🤗“

“Stopped by real quick when we traveled from PA into Youngstown and man were we impressed. The donuts were so tasty (We had a Fruity pebble donut and Churro donut) and wow they were great. Presentation is amazing. The café is a nice little store front that almost looks like a house inside and all. The staff was really friendly especially for us coming in right at the end of the operating hours. Saw this on tiktok and made an effort to come here and was not disappointed. Don't think you would be either!“

“My wife and I are visiting the area and had a busy day Antique shopping. After a few stops we stopped here to refresh before going back to our hotel. The server,Meredith, greeted us with a smile helped us get the things we really needed. Meredith also sent us on our way with a friendly “Thank You”!“

“I just had the greatest service from a Dunkin donuts worker I have ever had in her name was madison! I actually had to stop going to this company for the past few years because the service no matter where I went was absolutely terrible, but this was the first time visiting this store and I took a chance by doing so and Madison made all the difference she was friendly she was fast she was courteous she was everything I would want in an employee, people are hard to find but good people like this deserve to be recognized and paid for their worth, thank you for the amazing experience Madison“

“I have frequented this Dunkin donuts location since they opened, and in my opinion, they have gone downhill somewhat over the years. However, this morning I had the perfect iced latte, made by an employee named Ashley. I now have renewed hope that the beverages will once again be delicious at this Dunkin location!“

“This dunkin is exceptional, don't let the haters fool you. I come here 5 days per week for my work fuel. I use the mobile app (that you can customize exactly how you want it made) & they never get it wrong. OLIVIA greets us and.is an absolute angel. She is always so upbeat and cheerful. She even wrote me the sweetest note on my bag this morning. I've heard a lot of people complain about their orders not being right or not having enough flavor, so use the app and ask for as many pumps as you want.
Before leaving a bad review, call the store and give them the chance to right a wrong. Never had an issue with this location.“

“The Dunkin Donuts on Lockwood in Boardman is my favorite I live right the the street from one but every morning I go outta my way to come to the Lockwood one my order is never wrong the service is great thank you“

“I will never step into this place again. I have never ever had such stale donuts sold to me. The Dunkins around the Youngstown area are getting just as bad. I will be buying my donuts from the Grocery store and DAS dutch house in Columbiana. You will never believe those donuts.“

“I come here once a week at least. It's on my way. Their mobile order app doesn't work for walk-in pickup. Always half ready and you have to wait three or four minutes inside to tell someone your order's not complete. Same for walk-in orders. They only focus on the drive-thru. You gotta go through the drive-thru to get your mobile order by the time you get there. But don't get too many items on the same order or they'll leave off the last items. You'll drive off thinking you're set to go and end up going back to sit in drive-thru again just to get your order filled. They try to train their customers to do things their way by ignoring them.
Dunkin in front of Walmart on Mahoning is much more mobile friendly. I'd go there if it was on my way.“

“Food was great and drinks were on point which was a relief because that’s not always the case with this company. I’ve only ever been to this location once and probably won’t return as being out this way was due to taking a family member to a medical appointment and not somewhere I normally go.“

“Gentleman working the drive-thru was very friendly and professional. He has a distinctive voice with very precise enunciation so we could hear him clearly over the intercom. We asked if he had done radio work or sang in a band. He explained about making announcements when he was in the military. Mystery solved :) The coffee and donuts were fresh and smooth, too!“

“Did online order on my DD CARD ,but it was sent to another DD then the one I was at . Employees at both locations very responsive & understanding> fixed -transferred made order w:no complaints and a smile (4) total .Kudos 😀 Why can’t employees at other businesses be like the younger POLAND CREW WAS TODAY ?“

“Honestly I'm a DD driver, but this spot on East end has some great, 😁 staff. Had an issue w a customer who fussed them out cuz he messed up his own order! Lovely woman working @ 1am was jovial & grabbed my order thru DT (past 10pm) & on my way. 🫰🏻“
