“We arrived at a quaint rustic household setting, complete with a small fireplace and all sorts of antique bric-a-brac. We were greeted immediately by one of the most personable servers/hosts I have encountered in a long time. She had something positive to say about every dish. For the appetizer, we ordered the Reuben bites, expecting the usual deep fried egg rolls filled with Reuben meat, and were pleasantly surprised by tiny handmade empanadas, of sorts,filled with hand smoked and carved Ruben meat, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut, which was perfect. The corned beef in my wife's Reuben was lean and full of flavor, and our German potato salad was almost as good as what I make at home ;-)This was an extremely pleasant experience And it's a shame, really, since I live two states away. Clay Haus was a wonderful diversion from the usual restaurants. Absolutely recommended.”

“I walked in and noticed the full bar. So, I decided to settle down and take a seat at a four-top. I was acknowledged by a server who asked if what I would like to drink. After giving he a beer order, she came back a few minutes later with a draft beer on a 24oz glass. The place was busy, so I distracted myself with other things while waiting for the server. About five minutes after, she came up and asked for my order (Crossroads Burger, single, with fresh cut fries). While waiting for my burger she checked for a refill. It was evident there is a strong local atmosphere here, with people greeting each other with hugs. There are a decent number of groups here with families and kids, so that gives me the impression this is a friendly place. I was brought my second beer about eight minutes after placing my order, and also not either the owner or a manager walking around picking up some stray napkins on the floor. After about 20 minutes my order came to the table. I figured if they were going to put their name on a burger, it should be good. It did not disappoint: the burger was smashed, well-reasoned, and juicy (medium), the jalapenos and pepper jack brought the right amount of heat, and the brioche bun was a good base to build on. I had pretty much finished my burger before the server checked in with me about ten minutes later. She was busy and I no complaints, so it's all good.The bar had completely cleared out about thirty minutes from my arrival, but my server asked if I'd like another beer, which I sure did, and I'm going to leave my review at that. Crossroads seems to be a good local place to grab a burger and a beer, and is community-based enough to make it family friendly.I'm going to relax with another beer and suggest you come here to do the same.Parking: Parking was available at the establishment and at tht gravel lot across the street.Kid-friendliness: High chairs are available for the little kids, and there seems to be quite a number of families here with their little ones.”

“Stopped in for breakfast. It was perfect timing as they were not too busy. Checked the menu, and daily specials went with the macaroni salad, which was delicious. Ordered the Belgium waffle eggs meat and toast with an omelet plus dessert. Which was amazing also and changes, so there is always something new. Would definitely recommend it. Coming back for the biscuits and gravy key is to show up early. It's a well-known favorite that sells out, so you know it's gotta be good!!!!”

“Delicious frozen yogurt and friendly staff! Having never been there before, we went in when they were about to close. Unlike the majority of other places that give you an attitude if they deem your arrival untimely, the girl was very nice. I mixed the lemonade and mango flavors, threw a lot of brownie chunks on it, chocolate chips, caramel syrup, chocolate syrup, and coconut.”

“It was cute- there were no pictures taken of us or anything outside of some decorations and table service. I heard other locations had pictures, music and a bustling atmosphere- so may try a different location another time. The tables had plastic tablecloths and the battery operated candles and they had some decorations. Someone brought in takeout from another restaurant to give to someone working.”

“Stopped at King's Grand Central and ordered carryout 15min wait time was perfect sat and waited, checked the place out old vintage lunch boxes cover the back wall a great 2nd floor event space with barn doors atmosphere was awesome and service was polite and quick great small business and plenty to offer prices are perfect and they deliver who can beat that!!! “I prefer this coffee over Starbucks or Dunkin’- the prices are amazingly affordable. I can get a large flavored iced latte and a giant, delicious cinnamon roll for well less than $10. The staff is super sweet and kind. I’ve never had anything short of a great experience! The inside of the coffee shop is so cozy and warm, perfect for a relaxing breakfast or a nice catch-up session with a friend.”

“The place was clean and the food was good. We had a party of 8 and were put in a very nice semi-private nook surrounded by windows. The only thing I would have changed was when serving the main dishes, the waiter did not first remove our salad dishes. We were left holding them in the air. He needed an assistant for serving that large group.”
