“We visited the bar the weekend of August 16th on Friday barmaid was wonderful! Saturday the barmaid was real cranky, had some type of attitude. went in there at 10:00 pm try to make conversation with barmaid, seemed like we were bothering her or like she had attitude because she could not close early. She was texting somebody all of a sudden a male came in she and sat on the other side of the bar with him and only then her mood and attitude changed.“

“Fantastic pizza! Both the white and red sauce are great, the crust is a hearty style with a little chew to it and has never come out undercooked (as opposed to several chains that run in Elyria.) Good amount of evenly distributed toppings. Locally owned and run, the owner has been working there each time we've ordered. Support good local food!“

“We had Tonio's for the first time & loved it. We ordered a large pepperoni & pineapple pizza. We usually order extra cheese but decided to try it with regular cheese first. It didn't need extra cheese as it was great! Right amount of everything. We look forward to trying other items hoping they are as good as the pizza. Talking to someone through the window without going in was very unique! We hope to return soon!“

“This location for Marcos pizza is on of the better ones that I’ve had. My ONLY complaint is that the toppings could have been spread out more even instead of center of pizza only or else I would have given 5 stars. I usually go to the Sheffield village location but on accident, ordered the wrong Marcos in Elyria. Overall perfect amount of cheese and sauce. :)“

I called that day and explained I'd received someone else's order and although the person I spoke with gave me an "uhh huhhhh" as if to not believe me TODAY made it all better. I was told I had to call in to use my credit rather than placing order on-line - which I did and from start to finish CHRIS IS THE MVP!!! He kindly assisted with correcting my order and even delivered it himself. He said he made the pizza himself as well and he was just so pleasant when delivering. “I have been going to this place ever since I was a kid, even with family, this is the only pizza place I really love, customer service is amazing, if our order is messed up they fix it easily even if we are in a rush, perfect for Parties or events like school ones when u call in to order, not the best when there is a rush sometimes, atmosphere can get stressful a few times, management and the team are doing amazing!

The dipping sauce is a pretty standard variety, though a little more mustard forward than I usually prefer, but had good flavor. The real surprise were the fries. Oven baked and perfectly crisp, I would choose them again over the boneless wings.Is it a "better burger experience" as advertised in the trades? No. There are certainly burgers that I would choose over this, and others I would put aside in favor of this melt. It falls somewhere in the middle, and that is not a bad thing. I would certainly order it again.“
