“Our middle school and high school grandchildren are always traveling for sport events so we try to visit different area restaurants before or after. We returned to Tree Tigers based upon a previous great experience and wasn't disappointed. We ordered the steamed buns. I got one with chicken, one with pork belly and one with shrimp. All were seasoned perfectly and were like biting into pillowy goodness. The IPA named The Other One complimented the flavors well. Our waitress helped my wife choose a beer to her liking. We are looking forward to our grandkids playing in the Newark area again to try other dishes they have.“

“The service was good, the owner of the restaurant was very kind and quick. I enjoyed the lunch portion size and flavor. However it was extremely SALTY. My friend got the drunken noodles and said hers was as well. I asked for mild spice, but I tasted no spice. I think next time I will get the medium or even hot if I am back in this part of Ohio.“

“Best Sopapillas East of New Mexico and that's saying a lot coming from me. This is the only place I outside of NM that has stuffed sopapillas. Sorry no pictures because i dug in to fast and forgot to take one. The rice was a little mushy and not seasoned well and the beans were a bit overcooked but the sopa was perfect.“
