“I had to get up early this morning to go to an important appointment and was on this side of town, so I decided to stop in for the first time to look around. I was able to try a cute little citrus lavender heart powdered sugar muffin ? .This coffee shop reminds me of a French inspired café with marble buffet tables and seats outside the entrance. I should have also walked down the street and also got me some Grater's ? ? ☺️?... A must for the summer! ? ?Cute side of town to visit every once in awhile. I should have taken a picture of the pretty heart powered muffin in a cute little brown box, but since it was a busy day ahead I forgot, and just rushed and ate it, lol. Maybe next time. ???Dietary restrictions: Dairy/Lactose Free“

“. Will start out with disclosing: I know the owners for years due to our sons rowing in regattas together and really like them, so my review might be unintentionally biased. However, I will try my hardest to not be biased. Kitties is located across the street from the library. Ironically, it shares building frontage with a bookstore. when the bookstore is open, there is an interior door between the two businesses that rolls open allowing customers to explore both business spaces. Its pretty special! It really works aestetically. They use "one line" coffee here (the name of roasting company) and thats local- so Yay! The machine they used to do the coffee here is considered one of the industry's best, so your coffee beans will have the right pull giving it great flavor and consistancy --its amazing at pulling the right amount for a balanced cup of coffee. They have some in-house syrups, which I have found really good. Plus, they try to have creative specials so always ask whats new! I got a spicy honey latte made with oat milk. Quite enjoyable. What I like about this location vs their 2 other kitties locations is its dining areas. It has a unique curved bench with tables. Its just fun. It also has a covered side patio that has been cold weather-ized. So there is plenty of spots to hang out here. Kitties also make cakes... I have never had one but you can order those. I have had their tiny cupcakes. Many, many times! Omg. Yum. Tons of flavors. They make three types of biscuits and sell egg sandwiches made from them. The egg has a lot of rise and looks delicious (have not eaten it) but its made with the jalapeno biscuit.... And I have had that (almost every time I come in!!!). the jalapeño biscuit I usually purchase and eat at home. No joke, it's my favorite of all time favorite biscuit in Columbus. Im obsessed with it. If your still reading... give them a try. (And get the biscuit) I think you will like them!!!!.“

“Wow. House Favorite slice is amazing. Moving day, just looking for good pizza, this is a quintessential pizzeria lil' place on a small college campus, sooo good. The vibe is young & fun, been around forever, antique ovens cranking out solid no fuss 'za. What a balm to my hunger on a more-than busy day! Thanks Anthony's for healing my soul!!“

“The food was absolutely delicious! I’m new to trying Indian cuisine, but the server and owner Sunita was extremely helpful and gave amazing suggestions. Seriously some of the best food I’ve ever had! I really recommend the house platter and the chicken biryani (don’t forget to grab a 22oz beer while you’re there!)“

“I have returned from my hiatus to speak on behalf of parable (again). Pastries just wake me up like nothing else. I say that but every time I try to get to parable "early" (i.e., before 10am), I fail to do so ;'( But it's ok! These days there are still goodie pastries available for the sleepy birbs (hurrah) Unfortunately, my gastrointestinal system did not hunger at that hour of the morn, so the spinach artichoke danish was a bit of an underwhelming experience, even though the danish was freshly toasted ;'( I liked the chip though (cronch). Otherwise, it kind of gave artichoke dip but served in a pastry vessel instead of a plastic container. I enjoyed the honey grapefruit brûlée circle croissant and guava cream cheese pastelito more. Neither were too sweet and both had nice crispity crunchities! Service was very thoughtful as well! Whenever staff brought pastries to someone's table, they'd always ask if the person would like a fork and would then go run and grab one. I personally prefer to go feral on my food with my fingers but the gesture seemed very kind. Also, I'm pretty sure the entire album of The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess was played. “Cool, casual, basic Mediterranean spot, where you order at the counter. My husband frequents this place quite often and he is quite a fan. I think it is okay, nothing extraordinary. The hummus came with pita and salad. The salad was fresh and refreshing. The hummus was good however, the pita was not quite great- It wasn’t terrible either ( you can give it a benefit of doubt because I consider myself quite snob and picky when it comes to pita). The chicken. Shawarma platter came with rice. The yellow rice was flavorful and the chicken was dry and very basic. My husband ordered lamb shacks- which was okay too ( although the lambs were too smelly; I mean the usual nutty/ funky lamb smell). The portion was huge, I had to take stuff back in home and ate the left over in the next day lunch.“

“When I go out I always love going somewhere that has flavors that are not in my normal rotation. At Flavor 91 I had two outstanding flavors. First those chicken wings dusted with the Ethiopian spice. Money! Cooked to perfection, crunchy and very flavorful. Next the cinnamon ginger tea is addicting. No way can you have just one glass. Way tooo good. This place rocks. Great owners and staff. Good thing they aren't closer to me otherwise I would be here all the time. Easily makes my top five for the city!“

“I had high expectations coming here and they were exceeded. Very flavorful! Too many restaurants are cautious about flavor but Comune really goes for it. This does mean you may be better off going with a group comfortable sharing so if something is too sour, spicy, etc., someone else at your table will like it if you don't. Some subtle flavors here are impressive too! Everything is medium sized (kind of like proper Spanish tapas) which is really fun--esp for sharing. Beware the servers may recommend ordering A LOT of food. If you are drinking, three choices for two should be plenty to start and likely enough total--then order 1-2 more only if you are still hungry. Tables can be small so they can't serve you more than 1-2 dishes at a time anyway. If you cook veg food at home there are so many ideas to play with from here. I'm going to try to make quick carrot pickles, cook with crispy rice, and celeriac at home in the coming months now too. Sometimes I'll only discover 1-2 techniques or dishes I want to make at home PER YEAR eating out so to be inspired by three different things in a single meal is wonderful. I almost never go places that can cost $50-$75 per person but this is absolutely worth it. So so good!“

“We had dinner last night at Lindey's to celebrate my daughter's graduation from OSU. There were 8 of us, including 2 teenagers, and everyone loved their dinner, drinks and dessert. Our waitress Megan was very helpful with any questions we had! We highly recommend Lindey's!“

“Excellent service in front-of-house. I believe it was the owner taking our order. She quickly asked if we wanted to sample the soup of the day while we looked over the menu. It was tomato basil and absolutely delicious. We ordered a large serving of that soup, served with corn bread (not pictured). We also ordered the BBQ jackfruit sandwich with sweet potato fries, served with sriracha mayo. She heard us mentioning we were planning to share everything, and each dish was kindly split evenly on two plates when it was brought out. They also had a full dessert cabinet stocked with all sorts of brownies, cheesecake, cupcakes, and other varieties of sweet treats, baked elsewhere and delivered fresh. We ordered some type of shortbread strawberry jam cinnamon crumble bar. Perfect balance of sweet/salty/creamy/crumbly.Love this place and would recommend to anyone - vegan or not!“

“We went on a tour here to learn about how they make their spirits. The tour was great, and our guide Maggie was very informative while being casual and easy to talk to. I would love to go back and meet their spirit master Adam. Prices are average compared to other places in Columbus. Vodka and gin are very affordable without tasting cheap. Only negative is there isn’t much parking. Overall I am more than satisfied with my experience here. Can’t wait for the bourbon to be released!!“

“Run, don't walk to this restaurant. Absolutely delicious! We visited during COVID and picked up through the drive through, which is still available, but this time we decided to visit. We didn't have a reservation so we sat at the bar. It did get fairly busy on Sunday afternoon so a reservation may be helpful. They have a nice selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks but we just opted for a couple beers on draft. We ended up ordering the chicken and rice noodles, pork lumpia and the bbq chicken skewer. Everything was so good! The rice noodles were cooked perfectly and the flavoring on the bbq chicken was amazing. We also tried the halo halo dessert which also did not disappoint. Great service and wonderful food!“

“Since adopting a plant based lifestyle, I quickly learned that authentic dining options were limited to impossible burgers and cauliflower wings...until I discovered Nile Vegan!! On most days, this is a One-Man operation! He offers impeccable customer service and takes time to educate his guests so they get the most out of the entire dining experience! All of the stews are perfectly prepared and tantalizing to the taste buds! This is truly a hidden gem right in our backyard!“

“Atmosphere- 3 star- clean but really busy. Hard to find a table.Service- 4 stars- this is counter service, sorta of like Chipotle or Subway however the employee was very helpful with explaining what everything was- this is a Lebanese restaurant and I wasn’t familiar with a lot of the choices.Food- I had a salad with greens and grains, feta cheese, cauliflower, fried onions and baba (smoky eggplant dip with tahini). You had a choice of falafel, chicken or brisket but I stuck with veggies. I’m Catholic and it was a Friday during lent. I didn’t miss the meat at all! Food this good maybe I should become a vegetarian lol. Also got a side of pita bread and it was awesome!“

“Brassica is a Lebanese-inspired, Chipotle-style fast casual joint that lets you build your own pita sandwiches, salads, or hummus and chips. I usually get the salad option, akin to a bowl, with a base of lentils and greens. Protein choices include falafel, vegetable mix, chicken shawarma, or harissa-rubbed brisket. I've always gotten the chicken shawarma and the flavoring is really good. Next comes the vegetables (roasted carrots, marinated eggplant or cauliflower), and you top it off with a variety of sauces. My go-to sauces are the 'special' sauce (think tzatziki without dill) and roasted red pepper. In addition, you can add either hummus or baba ganoush, as well as crispy onions or crushed up pita chips to give it a crunch. The ingredients are fresh, delicious, and blend together wonderfully. One downside for first timers is that the menu board is posted on the left hand side near the front entrance, which makes it difficult to view once you get to the serving line. I'm not sure if they have handheld laminated menus, but imagine that could be helpful. In addition, the food is rather pricey for similar style restaurants -- my most recent bowl was $16 without a drink or any extras (i.e. the fries, which are pretty popular). However, the quality is excellent so as long as you're okay with paying a bit extra for high quality ingredients with superb flavor, Brassica is definitely worth trying!“

“A very unique take on Mediterranean. The menu was a little confusing at first, but the employees were helpful. Everything tasted great and was extremely fresh. The pita was fluffy and hot, fresh from the oven. The hummus was fantastic! I really enjoyed this meal and thought it was perfect for a hot day. Overall very fresh and a solid meal! I was a little sad they don’t offer gyros meat, but the chicken was still great.Vegetarian options: Most of the menu would be great as a vegetarian option. Simply avoid the meat. The hummus and baba ganoush are a great veg option for a protein base.“

“Cute little cafe in downtown! I walked here from my hotel after reading about this Lemon Aioli and Rosemary-Lemon Sausage, I knew I had to have it. I placed my order online and headed over. It's super cute and isn't incredibly busy in the area where it's located. It also has its own parking lot which is a plus! My order was ready as soon as I arrived. I ordered the Rosemary Breakfast Sammich. Yum! Totally unique and unlike any breakfast sandwich I've had. Super flavorful, and the marriage of the flavors betwixt the fresh baked croissant bun. Chef's kiss! I also ordered a regular drip coffee. It was tasty! The cafe itself is adorable and cozy, but bright and happy. I also really loved reading about (and supporting!) their mission. Swing by here while you're in the area and have one of their elevated breakfast staples. You won't be disappointed!“

“Happened upon Grand Day Cafe on a Thursday, late morning. The restaurant is clean, bright and nicely decorated. While a full dining area the acoustics were perfect for a quiet conversation. The host and server were cheerful and pleasant and very attentive, checking in often. I ordered the Chicken Salad Melt on sourdough, which was grilled to perfection. The chicken salad had great flavor and just the right mix of ingredients. I got chips instead of fries and the presentation was inviting and even included a spig of parsley. Coffee was good and my cup stayed full the entire time. Check out their specials of the day board across from the checkout counter. One thing not note is they are a breakfast/lunch venue with limited hours, closing at 2:30 on weekdays and 3:00 on weekends.“

“This place is essentially a mall but in one building. And instead of shopping for clothes, it's shopping for food! The first floor has everything from seafood and pizza to Vietnamese street food. It's so hard to pick just one while you're there becuase you want to try everything! The second floor is a lounge and it's beautiful. The third is all drinks on a rooftop.
