Super friendly employees. Food was fast & good!
We generally love the food at Five Guys, but had a horrible experience this evening with the response from employees being one of complete apathy. I placed an order on the website for delivery (not through a third-party site) and, when nothing has been updated an hour later, called the restaurant. We were informed that our food had been "sitting on the counter awaiting pickup by door dash for an hour." Five Guys serves delicious food, prepared quickly, with generous portions, including plenty of extra fries. The roasted peanuts are a highlight. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and quick, with the manager Beth being especially excellent and welcoming. The food is incredible, so good that customers often order extra for the road. The menu features amazing burgers, fries, and hot dogs, with a veggie sandwich option with cheese. Note that they fry in peanut oil, so it's not suitable for those with peanut allergies. Some feel the menu has become price-inflated since covid, moving past an affordable price point.
