The First thing I noticed when walking through the door was the big smile on the face of every employee working there, Followed by a friendly Greeting. a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The cook Really stood out to me The most because You could tell that he really loves what he does and takes a lot of pride And Extra care in Cooking the food for the customers, which Was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious and served with a friendly smile.“

“Our I-Next Kiwanis Club has hosted both a fundraiser and a quarterly group meeting at this location. The General Manager Jake Moore and his management team have gone out of their way to make every event there a great success. We had a large group with individual orders and appetizers. The food was excellent, the service was excellent and we held our meeting in their private room area. This was able to accommodate our meeting and our annual rather large White Elephant Sale. Parking is very easy, they have multi-lingual staff which is most helpful when you have multi-lingual customers and are located right off the I-270/I-71 in central Ohio. A major thoroughfare throughout the entire state of Ohio. Glad to see I-Hop understands and meets all of their customer needs. Top of the Morning to all of You. “What a wonderful way to start our day - breakfast here as first time visitors from out of town. A few interesting breakfast dishes (I had the Greek omelet), efficiently prepared by courteous & professional staff. The place was packed, but the waitress served us with aplomb.“

“My wife and I were traveling through the Columbus area and decided to DoorDash from here to our Air BnB. Oh my gosh, the best biscuit we’ve eaten. It was the sausage, egg and cheese. The sausage was so fresh and biscuit is by far the best I’ve had (sorry mom).We finished off our meal splitting a cinnamon roll l. We now know as the best cinnamon roll in the world 🤤🤤🤤🤤. Next time we are in the Columbus area we will stop by and eat at this beautiful location. We are proud supporters of woman owned and small businesses. ❤️“

“We absolutely LOVE coming here for breakfast every weekend. We like to try new things, but our favorites are the Dutch Baby, the Cherry Kijafa Crepes and the Eggs Benedict! Everyone is great but we always love when Lianne is our server, she's the best!“

“Amy was very attentive and fast shewas yelled at by some white trash blonde with two teenage trolls she told the manager that we were served first which we were there first .she ended up getting everything paid for like she was trying to do and Amy was in trouble. the white trash was two tables away and heard out load everything she was saying. Amy our server was busting her butt 5 stars to Amy 3 stars to scramblersfor good food negative 20 stars to the white trash I hope never to see white trash again“

“I met up with a few friends here for lunch. We wrote our name down on the waitlist and only had to wait for about 5-10 minutes before we could be sat. The waiting area has some chairs and tons of plants surrounding you. 🪴😍 The menu had all of your basic breakfast and brunch options. I opted for a half serving of French toast with tea, while my friends ordered the Arnold, and some type of sandwich (pictured). Everyone seemed pleased with their choices. 😀
The vibe here is laid back and you don't feel rushed to finish your food and leave. The noise level was tolerable, so that was nice. We were able to hold a conversation and still be able to hear each other. I would like to return in the future!“

“I got a waffle with peanut butter chips and scrambled eggs-absolutely delicious and gone in under 10 minutes! The atmosphere was amazing and felt like an old fashioned diner, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and very kind overall, plus you get to watch your food being made! 5 stars!“

“Came in late (2am), order was taken quickly. Our server’s name was Hailie, she was friendly and joked around with us for a while. Food came out fast and was as good as we hoped! I recommend trying the strawberry shortcake waffle! Overall great dining experience, thank you to the cook and to Hailie!“
