Literally just brought to tears in the Burger King Drive-Thru. This poor manager was running the whole place by herself. Taking orders, running the register, and cooking. I I felt so bad for her as she was trying to hold it all together, I could tell she was about to break. I offered to come inside and help her in whatever way I could. So, with so many places being short-staffed, please be kind to your servers and drive-thru workers. If you have to wait , try not to be frustrated....read full review
Dining room was dirty. Employee was aggravated she had to take my order. Trash cans were overflowing inside and out. Fries were cold.Had to wait 15 minutes for my food. Store was not busy. Now I know why. Won't be back!
The lady who runs the drive thru in the weekday mornings cannot handle more than one car at a time. If there is someone at the window, she will ask you to wait then leave her microphone live while you listen to her check that person out and give them their food (even if there is a hold on food) and then she will take your order.
On the plus side, she is super nice.
