“So yesterday, my husband and I came through this particular White Castle drive-thru and I'm telling you... these were the best jalapeño cheeseburgers we've ever had from any White Castle EVER. They were hot, fresh and the cheese was so...cheesy. Idk how to explain but they were amazing, and I've had them from many different locations in and out of Ohio.
The young lady working the window was very polite and friendly as well. She took our order without issue and had a smile waiting when we pulled around to pay.
It was so good that we just Uber'd another 10 pack from this location, with a couple smoothies. Thanks, guys and gals! Keep up the good work 👏 🙌 👍 👌“

“I went in to place an order tonight. The guy asked me about my day, and I said it's been a long, not so great day. I had forgotten to ask my grandma if she wanted a drink. When I came back in to order them and went to pay, he said no worries. That was very nice. I was having a not so great day because my mom died, and I had driven down from Cleveland to Columbus early this morning and spent all day cleaning out her place. This guy was a blessing. “Clean, comfortable and service was great. Food was not good this time and they ended up having to take mine away as the chicken was spoiled. They replaced it with something g I really wasn’t in the mood to, but that at least tasted good. Everyone has a mistake or off day, spoiled chicken is a big one though so I removed a couple points this time.“

The only issue is: The fountain drink dispenser is by the restrooms. Knowing that fecal matter floats through the air and the fountain drinks are right beside the restroom door just grosses me out. Other than that.. it's a pretty good place to eat“

“Food was Fair..I got 6 honey BBQ and fries with a slice of not very toasted Texas toast. There was entirely to much BBQ sause..it made them Luke warm.I love their food.Just could of been hot.

Parking: Lots of parking..Easy to maneuver a wheelchair. Plenty of parking. They also have a drive thru..

“Our I-Next Kiwanis Club has hosted both a fundraiser and a quarterly group meeting at this location. The General Manager Jake Moore and his management team have gone out of their way to make every event there a great success. We had a large group with individual orders and appetizers. The food was excellent, the service was excellent and we held our meeting in their private room area. This was able to accommodate our meeting and our annual rather large White Elephant Sale. Parking is very easy, they have multi-lingual staff which is most helpful when you have multi-lingual customers and are located right off the I-270/I-71 in central Ohio.
