Super friendly Panera bread location, always met with excellent customer service, genuine, smiles, super clean facilities, freshly baked cookies, and very very fresh coffee beverages. This whole area of Columbus has definitely increased in popularity, do largely to the expansion of the Columbus Metropolitan area. When I order at the counter, and pick up my food from the counter, I don't expect to be prompted for a tip. Yes, I fell for it as she stared at me.

Their many breads are delicious! Today o had a seasonal special, Mexican Street Corn, in a bread bowl! Outstanding!
