Today we went inside the store at Harrison and ordered sm. fudge sundae, sm. drumstick blizzard. We waited 15 minutes, went and asked about my order, since all customers after us had received their order. A young girl came out accused me that I had already got order. i still had table number and told her she could come and look at my table. By the time they found it in drive through, both were melted. Didn't even offer to make new one. Upsetting part was being accused.
some of the workers can be nicer. they made a mistake which happens, I get it but don't be rude when it wasnt my fault.
