“HONEST REVIEW:I’m not from Hartville but if I was I would be buying this pizza all the time! This has to be the best pizza I’ve had in my life. It tastes just like a homemade pizza. I only ordered a small Detroit style pepperoni and cheese pizza however, it was enough to feed me and my 18-year-old son for lunch. And the pepperoni rolls are absolutely delicious as well. it isn’t the greatest atmosphere inside but after you eat, you’ll forget. I recommend this to everyone. You have to have this pizza!??“
“This Is easily the best pizza place in town not only do they have amazing pizza, but they have an amazing crew as well. Every time I go in there I feel so welcome, and the manager is very polite and welcoming. Never had a better experience anywhere else as I do hear!“

“The food is made right on the premises. You can dine in the place is very clean, the prices are excellent, the pizzas, I have not found a better deal then this place the dough is made fresh, everything is made to order and freshly cooked. The place is proudly cleaned including bathrooms and the atmosphere is very friendly and at this location they are very proud towards our armed forces first responders and of course the customers as well I definitely will be going back“
“The strudel is amazing, I haven’t had strudel (walnut nut roll) since my dad’s mother passed away in 1995, Aida’s nut roll is a hundred times better than hers, sorry grandma. So if you have a craving for some good old world pastry get yourself to Aida’s and you’ll thank me. I am now a lifelong fan“
“First would like to recognized the manager for her professionalism. This will go down in the books. Bite in my pizza, and found a tooth! I immediately took pizza back with concern. She couldn’t figure out how that could possibly happen. Asked a few questions and would followed up with Corporate. I went home, had a glass of cold water, and wow that hurt. My temporary crown was missing!Talk about feeling super stupid. Called manager, explained, went back for my temporary crown. She was so graceful, didn’t laugh at me, she was first class. All was good!“

She was borderline over serving out table, but it was pleasant without being too overbearing.Food was nominal.Classic American food style, nothing too special. More care and respect could have been shown to the food, but don't expect much from a younger kitchen staff and workers who don't appreciate food as much as they could. Sloppily put together.Atmosphere was casual and friendly.Kitchen had loud and low frequency humming coming from back, every time it turned on it drowned out the local noises of conversation.
