“As a North Carolina native, it pains me to have to leave a one-star review. Unfortunately this location just seems to be very poorly managed and is notoriously unreliable. After visiting multiple mornings a week over the course of a month from mid-November to mid-December I can unfortunately report that I was pulled out of line to wait for my food greater than 75% of the time. This includes orders almost exclusively containing breakfast items that should be ready and available at this time of day. This morning I was pulled out to wait for my order containing two steak biscuits and a side of scrambled egg. The steak biscuits are currently the 2 for $5 special so one would assume that management would plan accordingly.
I hope that improvements to speed of service will be made soon, or I'll have to take my business elsewhere.

“My Philly Cheese Steak meal was the best philly cheese steak I have ever had. It was DELICIOUS! This was my first time to a Charleys and I immediately looked up locations in Missouri to see if there are any near me. The staff was so nice and the restaurant was so clean.“

“As a member of the Guernsey Valley Old Car Club, I visited the restaurant today and enjoyed my meal. My only complaint was that the music, (I grew up in a musical family), was too loud for us to have much of a conversation during our visit. I will still definitely come back again.“
