“The girl that was working today at 1:30 was amazing! Even though she was working alone, she had in store and pick up customers taken care of as fast as she could. Her time management skills are a 10. That girl deserves a raise!!“

“Grub Hub canceled our order so I went myself. Wasn't not pumped. Driver thru only, waited. Wasn't mean but just had business to talk about. Manager on shift was very polite but informative. Wanted to help and get things happening now that I was there. Fries were hot, good transparency and communication in a cherry on top situation of an interesting day. Bearded sir, I appreciated your calmness and just stating what you knew. We will come back, but bring ourselves.“

“We were in the area (Heath, OH) and decided to get quick lunch. The place is fairly clean and the food was good considering it's kinda fast food and cheap fare. Our cashier Alex just stood up the most. He was kind, patient and informative (we haven't eaten Fazoli in 5-6 years). He takes his job seriously and you can see that. We really appreciate his service.“

“As a North Carolina native, it pains me to have to leave a one-star review. Unfortunately this location just seems to be very poorly managed and is notoriously unreliable. After visiting multiple mornings a week over the course of a month from mid-November to mid-December I can unfortunately report that I was pulled out of line to wait for my food greater than 75% of the time. This includes orders almost exclusively containing breakfast items that should be ready and available at this time of day. This morning I was pulled out to wait for my order containing two steak biscuits and a side of scrambled egg. The steak biscuits are currently the 2 for $5 special so one would assume that management would plan accordingly.
I hope that improvements to speed of service will be made soon, or I'll have to take my business elsewhere.
1/16/25 - new year, positive changes. I've visited several times already this year and am pleased to share that the service has improved drastically. Service speed has improved drastically. Well done!“

“Had my first meal at this White Castle today. The whole staff was on it! Scott checked us out and as soon as the noon rush was over Scott was out cleaning tables all with a smile. Also asking people if they needed anything. Food was as I was wanting but the service at the counter and at the grill was superb.“
