“Drive thru service wasn't too bad for being short staffed.
Still had fiery mozzarella fries signs up so that's what I ordered, but didn't tell me they weren't available, that should've been told to me. But other than that, the staff is friendly & pretty good. Especially for being under-staffed. Gotta give them credit for keeping up!!“

“I went through your drive-thru this morning and got impeccable service got the food very quick considering there was a line in front of me they kept it moving the food was delicious and the workers were very courteous this place has improved a lot since I've been there last and I will be coming in more often“

“Went on a very busy Black Friday. Only two people when we first got there and then another came onto shift. Wait to be seated and served was not bad at all, considering. Drinks were good, only had an appetizer but it was very good. For the amount of people vs employees it was still a great experience. Will definitely have to come back for dinner one day soon.“

“Had my first meal at this White Castle today. The whole staff was on it! Scott checked us out and as soon as the noon rush was over Scott was out cleaning tables all with a smile. Also asking people if they needed anything. Food was as I was wanting but the service at the counter and at the grill was superb.“

“What an amazing first time here! Laid back bar and restaurant. Kinda reminds me of a 50s style bar. Unfortunately no TVs. But have a good jukebox and lots of things to check out on the walls. Had the benji burger and it was fire. I give this place a 5 ⭐️ Oh and the beer 💯“

“We have been there three times now and everything has been delicious. The meatballs are delicious and we have had them as an appetizer, on a sub, and on a pizza. The tomato sauce on the pizzas is the best pizza sauce I have had in a long time. Plus the service is amazing! Everyone is so kind and helpful. We will be back soon because I want to try every speciality pizza.“

“I stop by for a snack and Moolatte on my drives to Newark, which is every month or two. This is the friendliest Dairy Queen I have ever been to! Everyone is so nice, welcoming, and happy to serve you. I can’t say I’ve ordered much from the menu, I usually get the same thing, but it’s always good and fresh, and served up with a smile! Management is doing a wonderful job here!“

“Sat at the bar where Jordan-Bartender-Extraordinaire waited on us and concocted some amazingly delicious Margaritas, Moscow Mules & More! Buffalo Chicken Wrap & Side Salad were delicious and the chips were also good; onion rings: YUM! Enjoyed it so much we went back later that evening! THANK YOU, JORDAN!“

“We were going to go to the ice cream festival at the old mill in Utica after a day of fun and adventure. There was only half an hour left but they still wanted $10 to park so we said that wasn't worth it for just getting a cone. We ended up at this DQ and I had my first turtle pecan blizzard. It was really good and parking was free. I highly recommend free parking for ice cream. I like German chocolate blizzards more but not too many DQs remember what's in them.“

“My husband & I visited Applebee's several weeks ago. We had not been at this Applebee's location for some time. I was surprised at how unkept this location appeared since our last visit. I noticed multiple stained/dirty ceiling tile. The floors also looked dirty. This location is due for a deep cleaning/remodeling. The food was very good & the waitress did a good job.“
