I went in here and it was one of my first times trying dunkin not knowing what to get and the employees were extremely nice and helpfull🫶🏼!!
Clean restaurant, friendly and accommodating!
I would chill here while waiting for my drivers ed class to start. They have been super nice to me. I highly recommend coming to this location specifically!

The new Dunkin in Hilliard is a welcome addition, saving customers a drive to west broad. The drive through is fast, and the latte was perfect. Staff is efficient and friendly. One customer used the mobile app and cashed in points for the turkey sausage breakfast wrap, calling it The Absolute Best Sandwich, with perfect egg, fresh tortilla, and so cheesy it was impressive. Service was fast, extremely friendly, and helpful. A fairly large order early in the morning was ready very fast, food quality was excellent, and staff was very nice. However, one visit inside had slow service, and no one came to the counter. The hash browns were a total waste of money. Another customer ordered a less ice espresso drink but got a full ice version; the person kindly took out some ice, leaving the drink at 80% full. He was personally nice, but the request could have been fulfilled properly. Overall, the location is fine, with a friendly team and positive atmosphere.
