“Had a issue with an order. I approached an employee, manager (I hope) Her name tag looked like KM or Ki. Later found it was Kim. She fixed my food, personally I think. I never stop at Panera but WOW. I will definitely be exploring this chain closer. I live in Marysville Ohio but the Hilliard location seems to have it great. Hope Kim is the Manager up here.“
“I just came for chips and a drink (I'm a sip club member). Great customer service from the cashier and the shift supervisor/manager was so nice. The lobby was nice and air conditioned. Nice atmosphere to get some work done on my laptop.“
