“Have to give a huge shoutout to Mimi’s Kitchen for the most amazing cheesecake! We tried the blueberry and peppermint bark, and hands down—some of the best cheesecake we’ve ever had. Creamy, flavorful, and absolutely unforgettable. If you haven’t tried Mimi’s Kitchen yet, we highly recommend treating yourself. You won’t regret it! Wish I would have taken a picture to share, however, it was just too good and we ate them quite quickly.“
