I had a half rack of ribs, and they were quite tasty without needing additional sauce. My wife had a pork stuffed potato, and it was quite satisfying, as well. It had the right balance of potato to toppings. We've been to Shorty's a few times now, and they have always done a good job.“

“This is our absolute favorite steakhouse, they bring free bread to your table while you wait. The steak is always cooked perfectly, tender and full of flavor. “My fiancé and I ate here tonight. The food was good however we ordered the cheese fries and they came out with just cheese on them when the menu described bacon on it. I asked our waiter Seth and he said it would be 50 cents for a cup of bacon bits when we have gotten it before. My fiance got the New York strip and like any other time our server has him cut into it he did not. He didn’t have the best attitude and we ate our dinner with empty dishes on the table so there wasn’t much room. Dessert wasn’t mentioned after we were done. We’ve been to this location a few times and never had an issue but tonight was a little disappointing. I would say the food was great but the service could have been better“

“My burger was very undercooked, so I sent it back (I spent 10 years in restaurants, I hate doing that) it took over half an hour and came back with no sauce and soooo much lettuce -you could tell the kitchen was mad at me for returning the food. But....I mean, fair. I've been there.
They were understaffed for the rush they got when we went. Our server/the bartender Monica was sweet as could be. As accommodating as she could be with a full bar and several tables. Props to her, she was wonderful.
I understand the kitchen's frustration and I'm sorry for sending food back, but that part of the experience was unpleasant. My boyfriend enjoyed his steak, though.“
