“Absolutely the most delicious steaks in town. Also the best prices in town. J. Alexanders comes second to this place. The only complaint I have is that we arrived with two couples and the music was so loud, they refused to stay so my girlfriend and I ate alone. It is true that the music is far too loud to the point that you cannot hear yourself speak to your date. You have to shout. I don['t know if the owner is aware of this as I don't see him there all the time.“

“The guys at the Port of Toledo recommend this little place with a drive through and a walk up window that was directly on my route to the port. The gentleman who waited on me said their rib sammich was "fall off the bone" tender.....he told the truth. The onion rings were the bomb as well as the deep fried mushrooms. YUM.....!!!!“

“What a difference a location can make!
After having a disappointing experience at the Temperance location the day before, my husband and I decided to give Smokehouse 419 in Toledo a try before writing off the restaurant altogether. I'm SO glad we did!
We intentionally ordered the same OMG Burger and smoked wings so we could compare the two experiences. At the other location, our OMG Burger had been missing the mushrooms and grilled onions. At Smokehouse 419, we didn't give any special instructions or mention the previous problem—we simply ordered the burger as listed on the menu.
It came out EXACTLY as it was supposed to! The mushrooms and grilled onions were there, and the burger was delicious.
Then came the smoked wings, and WOW. What a difference! They were perfectly cooked, nicely seasoned and so much better than the wings we had received the previous day. This was the experience we had expected from a smokehouse.
Our waitress, Brittney, also deserves recognition. She was pleasant, welcoming and helped make the entire experience enjoyable from beginning to end.
We almost didn't try another location after our first experience, but Smokehouse 419 completely changed our minds. I'm actually surprised to see this location rated lower than the Temperance location on Google because our experience was the complete opposite. Based on the food, preparation and service we received, Smokehouse 419 deserves a higher rating.

“I love the gyro's here. I've tried lamb gyro's all over the city and they have the best one's. They are very big for the price compared to most other places too. I just recently tried the onion rings and they were excellent too and I don't even like onions lol.“

“We stopped on a week night for a quick bite to eat. We both ordered the sliders which were really good but the meal was made even more enjoyable because of the infectious attitude of our server, Marlene M. I wish there were more Marlenes in the world!! Btw, the BBQ beef slider was good but the pulled pork and brisket sliders were next level.“
