Can’t hear over speaker when the male barista speaks. Ice machine broken when they offer a bogo (conveniently) just seems there’s always something wrong with this one! ((maybe because it’s a franchise)
the female Baristas that worked on Saturday 9/16 were amazing!! I would highly recommend Bigby on Fremont pike because they have Bogo. Every week they have free shot Friday every week and they don’t close at 6 PM like the one in Holland! I will no longer give my money...read full review
Amazing coupons posted weekly! A great taste plus quick service that make me never want to go anywhere else again. Definitely not deserving of a 3.2 rating! 5 stars from me.
