“Claude’s hosted our Oregon Economic Development Foundation mixer, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. The food, the service, the atmosphere — everything was truly exceptional. Our group was well taken care of from the moment we walked in, and the staff went above and beyond to make the night seamless. The setup was perfect for conversation and networking, and the menu was outstanding. Our guests raved about the entire experience. Claude’s never misses. “Food was good especially the fried shrimp ( literally the BEST). I’m always a little taken back by not having the sriracha & hoisin on the tables like other places. The amount that comes with the pho is not sufficient for the portion size so you will need more. There’s one server that’s awesome ( I think her name is Mariah ) She’s typically there when I visit and appears to have things under control even when it’s packed. I do feel they need more waitstaff however she holds her own & everyone receives prompt service.“
