“Cozy place to visit & at Christmas you have to go! Our family group of 10 visited last night for our 2nd annual dinner! The kids age 15 to 7 love all the decorations & special touches to their meals & us adults do too! The staff is friendly & accommodating each time we visit! A great variety of food to choose from. “We have loved coming to dine at the Spread Eagle. We have come to know many of the staff and it’s always a special time. We are so excited for Liz in her new management position, and we REALLY hope she continues. We have noticed such a wonderful pep in everyone’s step since she has been handling things. And it has been run so smooth and enjoyable. As much as we miss her on her normal Mondays serving us, we are so happy to see her passion be able to overflow to everyone else. We are just so impressed by how much she has taken to this new position so well. She loves the restaurant and loves to go above and beyond. This is one of our favorite date night places for an amazing meal and drinks!”

“Such a cute place with a really fun atmosphere! Sandy Spring Brewery is definitely a gem in Minerva. After enjoying some amazing food and tasty beer, I couldn’t resist heading into their awesome pinball room—so cool! I even had to get a game of Flintstones pinball in.

The burger I ordered was out of this world—the combo of flavors was spot on. The bacon jam and waffle were the perfect pair, making it one of the most unique and delicious burgers I’ve ever had. Our bartender was so helpful and amazing, which made the whole experience even better.

“This is my favorite hometown place to eat! The salads are all amazing! The Chicken Tender Lovin Grinder is mine and my sister's absolute favorite! The potato skins with the Russian dressing and a bit of sour cream are the bomb!! I could go on and on! I've eaten at Grinders since they were in the house uptown. Forever my favorite!

“I was on a motorcycle run they call it a poker run, it was a benefit to raise money for a local guy who needed a medical procedure done and they REALLY REALLY pulled out all the stops for this guy! They were MAGNIFICENT! I couldn't brag enough about J&H's we always called it back in the day. The food was AMAZING the atmosphere, the people, the drinks, INSIDE AND OUT! U can play pool here. At the very end they even had some VERY NICE items they raffled off. Whoever put that day together...God bless ya did real good darlin. The best thing I noticed was i only knew one person but it was just how AMAZING the atmosphere was that day! Everyone was just so amazing I remember how happy i was and how kind and helpful everybody was or maybe I should call that one guy again I mighta messed up! lol! The item I won in the raffle was given to someone by mistake cuz I wasn't in there & I remember how everyone really went out of their way to find my item...really embarrassed a truly sweet guy that had no clue he had my item but it's how honest and true everyone was that inspired such a response from me when I was asked about here...HIGHLY SUGGEST TOP NOTCH GOOD FEEL FRIENDLY Good hometown family feel BAR.. 1 BILLION PERCENT suggest truly worth your time!
