“City Subs is fantastic! We have been trying to go to new smaller businesses and this one did not disappoint. The lady behind the counter was kind and we couldn't of asked for better service. She has such responsibilities being there alone and you'd never see it. We will return here before ever going back to the other "sub" chain. Prices are great!! Serving sizes are huge as well. “This place is a gem! Great healthy choices very clean. I love how Melissa makes all of her own dressing. Everything is fabulous great attitudes And the establishment is always clean. when I picked up my food today I only seen one thing that stood out to me, in the staff members in the back don’t wear gloves when handling food. I do know human behavior and sometimes no matter how clean we want to be with our hands sometimes that isn’t the case and with so many viruses and colds going around. I really like seeing establishments I eat at that is working with my food have gloves on there hands when maintaining or touching any type of food that Hass to go into my mouth. so for me that is the main thing that stands out to me and has me a little bit more cautious. however overall this establishment has four stars Melissa is doing a great job her staff is amazing in the environment is calm and chilled! However the members not having gloves in their hands definitely is a big deal to me and that is a personal observation .“

“Great St Patrick's day pop up bar! Was in from out of town for an event, themed food was good but slightly overpriced for what it was. Would have been great to have been able to try the regular menu and not just the pop up items offered. Other than that overall great experience, our server was wonderful despite being super busy! Will try again next time I am in the area“

“first time today eating here, our waitress alexis was phenomenal. always refilling our drinks without having to ask, always coming and checking in on us, and the owner sonja was so kind and got us seated in a reasonable time even though they were packed. will definitely be back. you get so much food that you have a meal for the next 2 days. go try it for yourself you won't be dissapointed“

“Ate out with my brother, and we were treated very well by the staff. The restaurant was super busy, but I never had to try to get the waitresses attention for anything, she was very attentive about refilling drinks. The food was amazing, it came hot and delicious.“

“I enjoyed this restaurant immensely. I had the Chicken Fettucine Alfredo with a salad and a large bread roll I also had an unsweetened iced tea. The server was very attentive and the food was very good. The Chicken Fettucine was good with just about the right amount of white alfredo sauce, not too much or too little. I ordered unsweetened iced tea and when I mentioned I would sweeten it to my taste she asked which sweetener I preferred and provide that to me. She also kept the iced tea topped off for most of the meal. The bread is a well made white bread boule.It is a very nice and cozy restaurant. I was on travel visiting my son who lives in a group home nearby and went in without a reservation and was seated immediately. I have favorite restaurants in cities across the country, to include Washington, DC, Philadelphia, New York, Boston, San Diego, Denver, Los Angeles, Berkeley, San Jose, San Francisco, Phoenix and many other cities. Although, this may not be the most trendy restaurant in any of those cities, the service and the food would place it well within the standard of restaurants in most of those cities.It is an Italian restaurant. They may want to expand their menu to include some non-Italian food choices and include food allergy free food choices such as gluten free and a selection of vegetarian and other food types. This doesn't have to be an extremely large part of the menu. The salad was good but I prefer my lettuce to not be as cut up as it was. The dressing was put on the side which permitted me to put on how much dressing as I desired. I am getting older and eat smaller portions so the server provide me with everything I needed to save the left over Chicken Fettucine Alfredo and the bread.This is likely the best restaurant in the Sharon, Hermitage and Farrell area.“
