“I go through the drive through every Friday morning. I order a bacon, egg and cheese bagel and a vanilla cream donut. They were out of the donut, no big deal, I picked a different donut. At the end, she asks me, “do you want anything on the bagel?” I can only assume she means some kind of condiment since I very clearly ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel so I tell her no. She charges me for a plain bagel so I let her know it’s supposed to be bacon, egg and cheese. She very rudely replies, “Well I asked you if you wanted anything on it and you said no.” Extremely rude and unprofessional. I will say that every other time I go, workers have been friendly, service is fast and food is good. I was shocked this time! I sure hope her day gets better and she doesn’t take her bad morning out on any of their other loyal customers.“

“We were greeted when we walked in. Worker interacted with my children & even gave them a stickers. We ordered & cookies were made up promptly. She showed them to me to make sure they looked okay. Fist bumped my kids & wished us well. Great customer service, great atmosphere, great cookies!“

“How is it that this place is less than 10 minutes from me and I’d never been there until today? All I can say about the pretzels is they are AMAZING. The lady handed me my bag of pretzels and they were nice and warm. I couldn’t wait until I got home to eat one, so I ate it one in the car. My first time here but definitely not my last. Your pretzels rock!“

“My wife and I have ordered two cakes from CHL, one for my son's birthday and her promotion ceremony. Both cakes exceeded my expectations in presentation, artistic creativity, and most importantly flavor. My wife and I will continue to comeback for any cake we need in the future, and I would recommend others do the same!“

“We used them for our wedding back in October 2024 and was absolutely delicious! We did a small round cake and cupcakes and was a huge hit, amazingly priced and seriously the best cake and cupcakes I've ever had! 100000% recommend them!“

“Finally got to try out the Grist and we weren’t disappointed. To be honest, the food was just good, maybe not great, but the servers and the aesthetic of the restaurant were really great. We were surprised to still have a 10 mins wait for a table at 1pm on a Thursday but good for them! We’ll be back.“

“My wife and I recently went gluten free for health reasons. Learned of this place and have tried several of their items. All of them have been amazing! The only thing I might suggest is a light icing or no icing option on the donuts and cupcakes. While it’s VERY good- at times it is a little much. But give this place a try. Everything tastes great and the staff is super nice!!“

“I love this place 😋 the softness is unmatched but I went here to pick up some cake for Mother’s Day and it was the assorted variety with velvet ,vanilla , chocolate and I believe lemon however we couldn’t wait to bust it open when we got home BUT THAT WASNT THE CASE we DEVOURED THEM in the parking lot and we were tempted to get of the car to get more but unfortunately we fell into a cake coma situation 😂 and had the best nap after but I love the staff they were nice and will be coming back for more ! So nothingbundtcake get ready to take my money !“

“Ordered rhubarb pie and strawberry pie. I didn't order the rhubarb pie for myself but the person that got the rhubarb pie loved it. I ate the strawberry pie and it was so good. The sauce was so delicious and not the store bought sauce you see in the stores. They are constantly busy. Worth the money. Plus they have a punch card for every 12 pies you will get one free.“

The theme was “Aged to perfection” as he is obsessed w bourbon lol Kathy was prompt on responses, very friendly to work with, professional and made an amazing cake that was so tasty & looked great! “I just have to laugh… what is this?! Who trained these cake decorators?! 5 stars because it was just a kid working who decorated this but really??!! I’ll jazz it up when I get home but you can’t tell me they looked at this after decorating and thought “yup, that’s a winner” ??“

“Was actually visiting the Pilot Flying J, but Google has the address down for Cinnabon. There is a Cinnabon stand here. To be honest, I'm not positive that they are making fresh Cinnabon here and selling them. (Due to corona...........)“
