“I go through the drive through every Friday morning. I order a bacon, egg and cheese bagel and a vanilla cream donut. They were out of the donut, no big deal, I picked a different donut. At the end, she asks me, “do you want anything on the bagel?” I can only assume she means some kind of condiment since I very clearly ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel so I tell her no. She charges me for a plain bagel so I let her know it’s supposed to be bacon, egg and cheese. She very rudely replies, “Well I asked you if you wanted anything on it and you said no.” Extremely rude and unprofessional. I will say that every other time I go, workers have been friendly, service is fast and food is good. I was shocked this time! I sure hope her day gets better and she doesn’t take her bad morning out on any of their other loyal customers.“

“Today I had one of the best experiences at Crumbl. I called as it is my son’s 17th birthday. His friends left him stranded and flaked out on him, so as a mom I rush to him. He had never had crumbl and really wanted it. I called and spoke to Patrick. I asked if they had any special cookies they could make to make his birthday a little better. Unfortunately they didn’t but Patrick invited us in, took care of us and as we walked in even said Happy Birthday to my son. Patrick, thank you. You turned what was a start to a bad birthday being let down by friends to me seeing him smile so big, feeling appreciated and enjoying the most delicious cookies! I can’t thank you enough! You definitely went above and beyond to make a kid smile! Makes me respect Crumbl as a company to employ such amazing employees. I wish you all the best!“

Not something that seems to be too common any longer… Long story short, this was one of the best carrot cakes I’ve ever had. Very moist, good texture from the nuts and a little soft pop from the carrots. Simply Amazing!! ! We also tried their Chocolate Chip and Snickerdoodle Cookies and their Banana Nut Muffins. I’ve never been much of a fan of snickerdoodle cookies(wife loves them), but these were very good. Soft and chewy and just a good cookie. The chocolate chip cookie was amazing, slight hint of salt just to enhance the flavor of the chocolate. The muffin was moist and had a great banana nut flavor. Pretty much everything we received was extremely well baked and delicious!!!“

“I have to say this place is absolutely amazing. The young woman there named Finn did a absolutely fantasti job. . Mind you we got this cookie cake on short notice and we asked her if she could do a cinnaroll from a show that my niece is likes listen this lady did this cake in 15 minutes thankfully she already had a cookie already baked which worked out perfectly and when I tell you when I saw it my mouth fall open because it was perfect. So if you need a cookie cake for any type of party from baby showers for birthdays the weddings or whatever go to Great American cookies in the beavercreek Mall and ask for Finn“

“Some of the greatest pies in America! While I haven’t lived in the Dayton area for 20 years, any time I’m in the area for work I ALWAYS make a stop for sweet treats to bring back home to Alabama. Every person I have introduced to Mehaffie’s has fallen in love with their pies. This most recent trip I had 2 coworkers with me and we left out of there with over 10 pies. My haul was 2 sugar cream, 1 strawberry, 1 peanut butter and 1 pecan. We stopped and grabbed a cooler and they made the 7 hour trip home with no issue! My family divided our spoils among other local Daytonites. If y’all figure out a way to ship these pies, most importantly the sugar cream ones…I’d like to be the first in line.“

“We bought cupcakes for our sons birthday two years in a row now! Just a heads up for everyone, we got blue icing on his large cupcake, it was all over his shirt. Blue stains. We rinsed it overnight in water then threw it in the wash, no more stain! Whatever food coloring they use is easily removed from the wash.“
