OMG. WHAT A NASTY NASTY RESTAURANT. Food all over the kitchen floor- no one seemed to care- they just stepped over it, instead of sweeping it up. The staff was horrible and rude to the customers., then laughed at them when they walked out. They cared more about Facebook than the customers. They ran out of Chicken and Rice at the start of dinner time. The staff just stood around -one had his hands in the front of his pants - disgusting. Stay away from the nasty place
We went there on a busy Saturday night with three hungry teenage boys. After eating we left to drive the hour home. Well dumb me left my LV purse with cash and credit cards on the barstool. Needless to say they found my purse before I knew I lost it kept it safe in their safe til I was able to retrieve it today!! You made my day and gave back my hope that people really are good! Thank You Rockside Chipotle
Tried to let the server know what I wanted but was met with attitude!
If I give specific information on my order in the order of the servings why the attitude?
I would understand if there were a ton of people in line but being the third person in line who knew what they wanted doesn't justify the frustrations...
