“I called 30 minutes before closing and was disappointed I wouldn’t be able to get there by closing time (I live in Greenup) so I didn’t place an order….. they called me back and offered to take my order and wait for me to arrive! The food was amazing and service was top notch! Thank you all so much!”

“Neat little place to have lunch. Had your typical dairy bar foods with a some extras. Friendly staff. We were too full for ice cream but they have a huge variety. Will go back.”

“We ate there for the first time. Wasn’t sure what to expect but knew the aroma in the air smelt amazing!! I had the pulled pork with asparagus & a side of bake beans, $13. My hubby had the pulled pork nachos, $14. Everything was absolutely delicious!! You get huge portions! Well worth the money!”

“I’ve been going here since I was little. The food is amazing, truly; a classic piece to Ironton. They’re always busy because they’re just that good. Their milkshakes are awesome. My current favorite ice cream is their new Blue Merle and I’m crossing my fingers that they never get rid of it. 💙”

“I ate here, for the first time, with my Great Aunt for lunch yesterday. The building was beautiful and very neat looking. And despite the reviews that I’ve read, the customer service was really good yesterday! (I was impressed and after reading the reviews, really, that’s what inspired me to leave my own thoughts.) But the sushi. . . The sushi was AWESOME! The Philly Roll was pretty typical for what it was. And it was as expected but not much more. A typical Philly Roll. However, the Volcano Roll was some of THE BEST sushi that I’ve ever had. My Great Aunt ordered shrimp Alfredo and it looked and smelled delicious, it was quite a generous portion too! I can’t wait to come back, and frankly, I can’t believe that it took me so long to try it. Thank you.”

“thank you to the manager who stopped the cashier from skipping my father in line to hold her fresh pizzas for the friends that drove up. We have been coming here since before the location moved. In the last 3 months weve been given cold food. uncut pizzas and one was so misshapen on the dough it fell apart causing a burn . we never complained and just hoped with training the quality would return. Today our food was hot and delicious but it was obvious if not for his intervention my father would have been forced to wait in this heat because SHE wanted to hold it for someone else. So absolutely great food today and thankful. Hoping the standard keeps going up!”

“They took our order...we waited forever.. I called asking where the order was, only to be told they didnt know, it didn't look like it was placed!!!! I said I can send you screenshots of how long i was on phone while I placed said order..they said they was closed and that a GM would contact me.. keep in mind this was my daughters graduation night and all my kids and her friends that was staying over fell asleep hungry..waiting!!! They never contacted me today, so after work I called... only to be on hold two separate times total of 28 minutes, only to be told very rudely by a so called manager Chris that they didnt take a card payment so it wasnt his problem. I was treated beyond horribly. The so called manager said that if it wasn't paid for with card or paid for it was not their problem... who cares if they took our order..told us it would be delivered within 45 minutes...it is not their problem.. I was talked to like a dog so I responded back the way I was being talked to...he hung up on me. It's just really horrible because our kids did favor Marcos pizza but we will NEVER order again. You would think a family that orders so often they would treat better bc we gave them alot of business but.....absolutely not...they do not care about this business or clientele at all! I do not recommend them at all!!!!!!! customer service is definitely not a top priority for them, in fact anything that goes wrong it's not their problem ....the customer is the burden! update : it's 5/28/23 and still nothing. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY INTO A PLACE THAT COYLD CARE LESS IF YOUNGET YOUR ORDER ...IF YOU ARE HAPPY WITH SAID ORDER AND MOST OF ALL NEVER REACH OUT AFTER HAVING SUCH A HUGE PROBLEM! We are one of the most laid back families you could meet but, if a so called manager is going to put you in hold for the duration that he did (probably hoping I'd let it go bc he didn't want to deal with ANYTHING) its just ridiculous and I wish you could've heard the hatred and horrible tone he had with me...just for trying to get our family fed and the issue resolved. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!”
