“Had my first meal at this White Castle today. The whole staff was on it! Scott checked us out and as soon as the noon rush was over Scott was out cleaning tables all with a smile. Also asking people if they needed anything. Food was as I was wanting but the service at the counter and at the grill was superb.“

“We have been there three times now and everything has been delicious. The meatballs are delicious and we have had them as an appetizer, on a sub, and on a pizza. The tomato sauce on the pizzas is the best pizza sauce I have had in a long time. Plus the service is amazing! Everyone is so kind and helpful. We will be back soon because I want to try every speciality pizza.“

“I would like to start by saying that I have been a server for close to 18 years, so perhaps I am biased. We sat at the hostess stand for a good 10 minutes before being acknowledged by a guy who sat us without any menus after about 20 minutes of sitting without menus nor being acknowledged we asked the same hostess for menus at which point he said he hasn't gotten around to it yet. Finally I get up and I go to another table ask them for their menus due to the fact that we've never been here before and have no idea what to even expect... after about another 10 minutes a server comes over to take our drink order. we order appetizers drinks another 15 minutes goes by she comes back with said drinks takes our order in the middle of a bingo game where we can't hear anything. food runner brings out food argues with our table about the fact that the kids meal doesn't come with a side although the server told us it did the Cajun pasta did not have broccoli and everything on my salmon entree was cold except for the mashed potatoes. and I'm not just meaning sad under a hot lamp cold the broccoli was literally ice cold to the touch... server never came back to check on us so we had to go find her up at the bar with somebody I'm expecting to be a regular because all three servers were hanging out with him the entire night and neglecting their tablles. explain to said server that our food is cold she was nice enough to get us our side of french fries for the kids meal two new sides of broccoli and put a 10% discount on our meal which brought us down to $60 total after two and a half hours of waiting. the bingo announcer was great and very lively and if I was to base my review off of her I would definitely be coming back but at this point we will not be back for bingo or to eat 🤷🏽‍♀️“

“We were going to go to the ice cream festival at the old mill in Utica after a day of fun and adventure. There was only half an hour left but they still wanted $10 to park so we said that wasn't worth it for just getting a cone. We ended up at this DQ and I had my first turtle pecan blizzard. It was really good and parking was free. I highly recommend free parking for ice cream. I like German chocolate blizzards more but not too many DQs remember what's in them.“

“Good food. Good service. Resonably priced. Waiter was very good at his job. Took our drink order as soon as we were seated. Checked on us during our meal to make sure our meals were made to order. No problems at all except for my wife's dessert that wasn't no one's fault. She can't eat nuts right now because of some dental problems. No allergies to peanuts. She still ate the dessert and doing fine. Meals were both great. She had steak, mashed potatoes and green beans. I had the grilled cheese cheeseburger with squash. Very good ! Alexander did a great job.“
