“I am a local photographer here in Jefferson, Oh and I have been to the coffee shop a few times now and have to say that the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. I have always been met with kindness from the staff. Today I have the pleasure of meeting the owner who was also very kind and generous and has allowed me to use her coffee shop for upcoming photosessions for my clients! I have also enjoyed their refreshments whether that be their handmade smoothies to their hot and cold coffees!!”

“When I shop in Andover, I take a field trip to Byler’s. First, I order a freshly made deli sandwich. While they’re making it, I grab a basket, meander around the store a buy something new or unusual each time. All of their refrigerated pre-made salads are tasty, such as the potato salad, macaroni salad, cole slaw. There are many fresh and frozen goodies i plan to try next. They offer many different flours, sugars, sprinkles, spices, bulk foods, candies, and some very flavorful Salt Creek coffee beans. 🫘 Their homemade bread selection is outstanding, their baked goods are delicious, and I appreciate that they offer servings and portions for one person, i don’t need a family size. Beyond food, there are also gifts, greeting cards, handmade items, art, furniture, kitchen tools, holiday ingredients and treats … everywhere you look there is something interesting. Lovely, pleasant employees.”

“I love going and eating at the diner it is family owned all the staff r very friendly the food is amazing. The best thing I had was the Reuben sandwich but if you really want to try something really good they have freshly homemade baked pies. The best one I’ve had is the peanut butter one. stop in sometime and say hello. It is a friendly family owned business.”

“Every year my boyfriend wants a cheesecake for his birthday. This year I found this place on google when this one place near me was booked out too long. And I am so happy that that had happened! Because this was the best cheesecake my boyfriend and I have ever had! Next time I’ll be asking for extra cool whip, as it was home made too and sooooo good!

“Dined at Alessandro’s Restsurant this past Tuesday with my friend Sally. Oh my what a fabulous dining experience! Had prosciutto with burrata and bread appetizer, followed by entrees of vegetable lasagna and spinach and mushroom raviolis - also fresh house salads with creamy parmesan dressing. Delizioso!! Desert was Pistachio cake, complemented by lovely Limoncello . Giuseppe our waiter was exceptional - friendly and attentive service. I purchased a bottle of their signature Lipari sauce and left it on table. Giuseppe ran after me into the parking lot, sauce in hand. Highly recommend !!”

The staff is very friendly and the portions are large enough to almost always have leftoversto get to enjoy another day. Today I tried the cabbage roll and it was just like my Mom used to make (great memory for me) I met so many nice staff members - and they even remember me and what I ordered last time. Pretty cool! Do yourselves a favor and stop in at Kay's for some yummy food....you won't be disappointed - trust me.”

“I live their warmth & friendliness. and the Middle Eastern food. the chicken shwarma bowls & wraps are delicious! Their hummus & baba ganouh are terrific! I love the tabbouleh with my bowls or wraps. The baklava is mouthwatering! I also like the kibbeh and the gyro bowls. But the chicken shwarma is my favorite! Give it a try.
