I placed an online order. It was ready when I walked in the door. I ordered a Chicken Protein bowl and found no utensils in the bag. There was a bag of croutons in the bag, which I wouldn't have used. (Is there a way to customize that so I wouldn't get them in the future?)When I asked for a fork, the worker at the counter asked if I had croutons or needed them. This is the first time ever we've been disappointed with Subway. The food did not taste fresh at all- tasted like it was outdated. Nothing rotten but not as fresh as we have come to
