“My brother and myself stopped in here to have something to eat as we were biking on the Conotton Creek Trail. We always enjoy trying out small town places to eat as they are something special to us. I had a chicken salad and my brother had a breakfast. Both were good and we had nice service as well. The one thing we enjoyed was checking out the old pictures of the town that were on hanging on the walls.“

“We got a couple appetizers, had a few drinks and enjoyed our time.. I definitely recommended the fried portobello slices. They also have some amazing garlic parm wings that are perfectly crispy and full of flavor. Everyone sitting at the bar was very friendly, making for a very inviting atmosphere. Everyone sitting around the bar was chit chatting with eachother. Our bartender, Holly was adorable, quick w our drinks and so friendly. The White Bear is one of out valleys gems. “I had a wonderful lunch here while riding the back roads of Jefferson County and tracing family roots in Wolf Run. The fish sandwich, home fries, broccoli cheddar soup and blueberry pie were all delicious. I normally don't care for that type of soup, but the way it was made and with the noodles it was phenomenal. All in all a fine place to stop in Amsterdam, and it nice to chat with Grammy afterwards.“
