“Blue Agave Mexican Restaurant! Don Rolando el jefe de tortillas! .... this Chef makes fresh tortillas for his guest. He told me the story of how his grandma would make fresh tortillas and slide him one or two before dinner as a kid. He would add a little water and salt roll it into a ball and eat it before anyone would notice. This act of love and family traditions has now made it to your table. “Easily my favorite place at Bubbly Hall, and honestly one of the best places to get Mexican food in Columbus. Everything I've tried here is amazing, especially the fajitas and arroz loco. And their menu is huge so there's still lots more to try.“
