“This Pataskala Hot Heads is absolute trash! Would leave 0 stars if I could. Burnt pieces from the grill in my food so I couldn't chew it and I had to throw it away, 2 young girls working were absolutely rude for no reason, terrible customer service. No wonder this location was dead compared to Zanesville, let kids run it with attitude problems and see the store fail. I had an $80 order and the rude employee refused my money although there was no signage posted what bills they take. They were then drinking and eating right next to the open food which is a health code violation. Not recommending this location!!“

“Every fast food place has their ups and downs, and I'm not too upset with occasional issues. This particular location is good much more often than not. The food is hot and the drive thru line moves efficiently even at peak hours.

The 5 stars is in comparison to other Taco Bells, It regularly meets and exceeds my expectations for a Taco Bell.“

“Just going through town and decided to try it. Not sure how this restaurant is rated so highly. Not very clean, restrooms need a lot of attention, chips/salsa taste store-bought, and service was lacking. Fajitas were great and pricing was reasonable, but won’t go back.“

“Hace tiempo que no iba , pero volví a ir ya que sus tacos y todo era muy rico, me gustaban mucho sus tacos recién cortados del trompo, el señor que los cocina y corta realmente sabe hacer su trabajo. Pero esta vez que volví a ir , los tacos muy buenos, pero me recibió una muchacha que desde que llegamos estaba como enojada su servicio mal, y no se diga la salsa estaba servida en vasitos parecía agua, ya no es nada igual que antes ojalá pongan más atención“

“Our first visit to this nice cozy restaurant. My husband had the lunch chicuga and was blessed with an abundance of steak. I had the Los 3 Nortenos quesadilla with chicken. The rice and sides were wonderful and very flavorable. Our service attendant did a very nice job and was professional and polite with a sweet smile.“
