1. The appetizers were lukewarm. They would have been way better if they were hot inside.
2. The machine-made hamburger patty was a little out of place in my opinion. Everything else seemed like it was made by a chef. A real hand-made burger would be a big draw for me and would have me coming back for more. It would be the new old Louie's Bar & Grille that I miss so much.“

“Market Street is our go to dinner or drink spot. The food is great and reasonably priced. Ida (probably spelled wrong) in the kitchen cooks your steak perfect every single time, even those served in a skillet. Cheryl behind the bar has become my son's unofficial grandma. We all absolutely adore her. She is warm and welcoming but still pours a mean drink and hold the bar down like a pro. The environment, even when crowded, is always positive and relatively mellow. I feel safe bringing my toddler here, even if the bar is full and we are the only ones at a table. The patrons are kind and welcoming. Just an overall wonderful place“

“What are Hidden Gem this place is! I recently started coming here because I play cards across the street. For some reason I always thought that this place was just going to be a hole in the wall kind of bar, but I was very much mistaken! “TL;DR: Worth another try after many disappointing visits.

I’ve been coming to this Wing Warehouse location for quite some time. I wouldn’t call myself a regular, but I visit often enough to notice trends in both service and food quality.

I was hesitant to come back based on my experiences so far this year. Like many other reviewers noted, service had become consistently poor—10–20 minutes before anyone acknowledged the table, servers acting annoyed by your presence, and 45 minutes to an hour wait times for even a basic wing order.

That said, I wanted to watch some college rivalry games and eat wings. After reading recent reviews that echoed my past experiences (just to see if things changed), I decided to come anyway since I wasn’t in a rush and knew what I was getting into.

This visit was completely different.

I sat down and was greeted within one minute by Skylar. Drinks came out promptly. Orders were taken efficiently. The wings arrived in a very reasonable amount of time—exactly what should be expected at any restaurant, but very unexpected here based on recent history. It was a genuinely pleasant surprise.

I was so caught off guard that I ended up chatting with Skylar about it. The decline in service hasn’t gone unnoticed by the servers who actually care, and hopefully the owner. I understand that not every server will be great and that finding the right people takes time—but the difference is immediately obvious when you get someone who takes pride in their work.

I could easily list which servers are excellent and which are not, but instead I’ll continue leaving reviews that recognize exceptional service when it happens—and call out when it doesn’t.

So, thank you to Skylar for single-handedly restoring my willingness to remove this restaurant from the naughty list. Without this experience, this review would have gone in a very different direction, and I likely wouldn’t have returned.

To the owner: I know staffing is difficult, but the underperformers are obvious—and so are the standout employees. Consider cutting loose those who consistently hurt the experience and recognizing the ones who genuinely care, whether through bonuses, incentives, or profit sharing if that isn’t already happening. It makes a real difference.

Oh, I almost forgot: Even when the wait time is long between ordering and receiving the food, the food is usually very good. Rarely have I ordered something that I didn't like or that wasn't prepared properly. Wing flavors are always fabulous! I will say... If you're going to order something to-go and you don't live in the immediate area to be able to consume it quickly... it's probably not going to be as good as if you ate it at the restaurant. Tried that with nachos once. It didn't go very well! But never had horrible quality food dining in.“
