Papa Johns Pizza in Ravenna is known for its fast and friendly service, especially through door dash. However, the Kent location has received some complaints about long wait times and poor treatment of customers with children. The pizza from Papa Johns is widely praised for its great taste. While there have been some issues with pre-scheduled times, the delivery service is reported to be quick and efficient. Overall, Papa Johns Pizza is a popular choice for those seeking delicious pizza with a side of great customer service.
