This Taco Bell, the food was actually good, but the thing is that was canceled out by how rude the woman running the drive thru window.She was very rude, and gave us an attitude. I don't know her name, but she kept sighing, and huffing and puffing in fustration because we were trying to look at the menu to figure out what we want when no one else was in the line behind us I might add. Horrible horrible service!! Every single time I tell myself we will try again. Never again!! If I could give less then 1 star I would. The lady at the window is terribly rude and over charges. Watch what you’re getting charged for.

Ok i am done with this location. This is the second time i have gotten a Mexican pizza, and it tasted like the shell was fried in months old oil. Even the Cinnamon twists tasted bad. This location needs to be shutdown until they manage quality control. I'll just go to the Ravenna location from here on out. I haven't had anything bad from ravenna location!
