Seriously… you’re going to fire my kid for “cheating on her barista test”. Shame on you. That literally shows how scummy of an owner you are. Not even give her a chance to retake it to prove she KNOWS her stuff.
Then you wait TWO weeks to say something to her about it and when she’s out of town?? Shame.. terrible business practice.
Don’t let your family work here. Their jobs will always be at risk for no reason.
