cozy atmosphere

This Wendy’s is a total disgrace! Bathrooms are disgusting. Stopped in 6:00pm on Saturday. Was the only person in line and in the dining room for that matter and had to wait 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence in the restaurant. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes so the workers could clear drive through. Worst place ever! Done with this location.
Most of the time, if I stop here (close to work) the fries are clearly old, cold, stale. Today when I stopped as a crew member handed my food to the woman working the window, a nugget fell out of the bag. They looked at each other, laughed, and handed me the bag...sans one nugget. I can live without the nugget, I might not have even noticed, but the behavior of the crew was unacceptable.
