Have ordered many times on the app paying with a card for pickup. Understand mistakes happen,but after the last two orders were wrong and missing items, I called and talked to the manager who was unapologetic. Would not credit my card, insisting that I had to come back for the items or get a credit in person or wait for a credit on my next order. We will not be ordering again.
Disappointed. This is unacceptable.
